Visited the site of cemetery Jun2003, did not find stone, did view Isaac Chick Stone on farm across the road. Revisited site, with help of young Daniel Hershberger did recover most of Samuel Allison’s stone

Samuel Allison was born Nov. 27, 1793, was married to Hannah Friend May
23, 1816, by Lewis Newsom, J.P., died Jan 6, 1857, and his remains were
interned in the Chick Grave Yard, where his wife and several children
were already buried. He married a second wife, Mrs Margaret Booton, who
survived him a number of years. (???)
