Indenture between Benjamin & Rachel Ellison and Elijah Rodgers, September 1805 conveys to Rodgers for 5 shillings for 45 acres in Greenbrier County, Virginia(same property bought by Ellison in 1804)

“The DAR places our Benjamin as serving under Capt. Abraham Neely and Col. Oliver Spencer.” REV WAR
Also served as a private in Capt. Richard Baly’s Company of Orange County Militia commanded by John Hathorn and Lt. Col. Henry Wisner

Grave not located, marker placed in Centenary Cemetery
His estate was probated in Gallia County 10August1807(Copy)
